Returns Policy

Return Process:

- Package Your Items: Include all original packaging and materials in your return package.
- Ship the Package: Return the package using the shipping label provided by us if the return is due to an error on our part. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of damaged or incorrect items and send a replacement at no additional cost.
